Just bring your ID with Name and Address that matches your tickets.
Nothing was to be mailed out. All Advance Tickets, T-Shirts, Posters, VIP Passes, Mystery Boxes, etc. will be given to you at check-in.
If you purchased Advance Tickets or VIP Passes just show either your receipt that you received via email after your purchase.
Or, just bring your ID with Matching Name and Address that you put on the form.
Yes, the Expo is all on first floor. The only area with steps is in the auditorium but plenty of space in back for wheelchairs and walkers
As stated when on the Admission Ticket Page there are No Refunds/Price Adjustments for any reason. This is for unused or canceled tickets & VIP Passes.
