I have not received my Tickets?
Nothing is being mailed out to you. When you arrive either bring a printout of your receipt or just your ID showing a matching name and address to what was put on order. All your Tickets, VIP Passes, etc. will be given to you at the entrance.
I have not received my T-Shirt in the mail?
Unless you choose and pay for advance shipping your T-Shirt will be given to you when you arrive to the expo.
Will you be allowing Dogs to this event?
No, unfortunately we will not be having events for Dogs this year. We will allow only ADA Defined service animals are welcome at this conference center. Sorry no other pets are allowed at this venue.
Is Smoking/Vaping allowed?
No Smoking of any-kind is allowed. This is non-smoking/non-vaping convention center.
I need to Cancel my admission Tickets?
There are No Refunds on Admission Tickets or VIP Passes
