Are you an Oz, Children's, or Ohio Book Author? Writer? An Illustrator? Want to get the word out about your book or books? Then book your space for the 2023 Ohio Wizard of Oz Expo inside our Author's & Writer's Alley!

  • $20.00 for 1st space for the entire weekend

  • Space Includes: 1 6ft Table, 3ft of space behind table, Black Tablecloth, 2 chairs, & 2 vendor passes
  • $15.00 for additional space

  • $5.00 for Electric for the entire weekend

 These Booths are exclusively for:

  • Authors, Writers, or Illustrators of books based on the Land of Oz, Oz Films, anything on the subject of Oz
  • Children’s Books
  • Various Ohio based Authors of varying works.
  • Perfect for Book Authors & Writers to sign and sell their own books.
  • Illustrators to either sell and sign a book they have Illustrated or sell & sign prints based on the books.
  • Comic Book writers & illustrators
  • Your Book or Illustrations do not have to be Oz-related, just no adult content. Must be Family-Friendly

 General Information

  • We strongly encourage vendors to either sell or theme their booth to “Oz/Judy Garland”. This is not required, but vendors who have Oz related merchandise tend to do the best at this Expo!
  • All books or prints you are either selling must fit on the table provided and back stock under table. If you need more space then the table provided you would need to get additional space.
  • You will receive space for your bio and photo in our Program Booklet.
  • We will feature you on this website and also on our Facebook page.
  • Your Book or Illustrations do not have to be Oz-related
  • All books and prints must be Family-Friendly!
  • We do ask for no bothersome/abusive selling tactics. If this happens you will be removed from the Expo and no refund.
  • Hours for the 2023 Expo are Friday, October 27th 7PM to 10PM, Saturday, October 28th 11AM-6PM, & Sunday, October 29th 11AM-3PM (Times are subject to change, Final Time Schedule will be posted September 2023)
  • Friday, October 27th is a special event for Oz Collectors and Fans. Vendors are not required to be open but are encouraged to be.
  • Any questions, comments, or concerns you may have regarding your vendor space please email us at expo@wizardofozohio.com
  • All vendors are required to clean their space and place trash in appropriate containers.
  • Setup will begin on Friday, October 27th, 2023, after 2PM and last until 6:30PM. No vendor will be allowed in the building until after 2PM. Saturday setup is from 9AM till 10:45AM (Times are subject to change, Final Time Schedule will be posted September 2023)
  • We ask that no vendor leaves before 3PM on Sunday, October 29th. If you do leave before 3PM we will not invite you back unless previous arrangements were made with the Vendor Coordinator.
  • No One-day rentals vendor spaces.
  • The entire Expo area inside and outside is Smoke & Vape-Free.
  • No Firearms, Riffles, Toy Guns, or anything closely associated are allowed.
  • All merchandise must be Family-Friendly. No Adult Only merchandise
  • No vendors are allowed to sell any Food or Drink of any kind.
  • All merchandise, back-stock, tables, chairs, etc. will need to fit in your space or under tables. Make sure to purchase enough space for your entire display.
  • The Expo is open Rain or Shine. No refunds for inclement weather.
  • Standard 110-volt Electric is available throughout the main hall. Please select on the form that you need electric.  Electric is $5 for the entire weekend. No 220-Volt Electric is offered.
  • The building will be locked and secured during non-opening hours. We are not responsible for any property left overnight.
  • No sleeping overnight in the parking lot is permitted. Staying inside of a trailer parked at the Bertram is not permitted.
  • The Ohio Wizard of Oz Expo will not be held responsible for how well a vendor sells. No refunds/rebates based on sales will be given.
  • If we add or change a term you will be notified prior to the start of the Expo.
  • All submissions will be reviewed and approved or denied.
  • If denied Credit Card will be refunded or check will not be cashed and sent back to sender.
  • We will mail you a Confirmation at least 2 weeks after submission of application.

Cancellation

No refunds if you cancel, No Exceptions!
