Vendors & Exhibitors FAQ
***No earlybirds*** Do not arrive early, no Vendors will be allowed entrance to the festival area, and no one will be available to help you find your space.
Friday, Sept. 27th, 2019- 4pm-8pm. You must be finished with what setup you are doing by 8PM.
Saturday, Sept. 28th, 2019- 6am-9:15am
Sunday, Sept. 29th, 2019-9am-10:30am
No, Electric is an additional charge of $40 for the entire weekend. If you want to add electricity to your booth please use the form above to add and remit payment.
No refunds will be given for any vendor fees for any reason or excuse, except if error by show producer i.e. Ohio Elevated/Ohio Wizard of Oz Festival.
The Vendor Directory will be posted on the site within by Sept. 24th, it will also be included in our Official Program Booklet as well.
The Vendor Directory will be displayed on this website throughout Dec. 2019 so you can take advantage of extra exposure during the holidays!
Slanted tents may go over the 10×10 space you paid for. Everything for your business must fit in the 10×10 space.
Yes, but all vehicles must be removed before the festival opens
