Requirements:

  • Food Booths must have the proper State of Ohio License requirements along with Summit County Health Licenses as well.
  • This application is for Vendors selling Carnival Foods, Hamburgers, Non-Packaged Foods, Ice Cream, Foods Prepared at the festival, etc. Foods that are pre-made, packaged, may fall under Ohio Cottage Food Production Operation may fall under Artisan Vendor Booths.

We are looking for a large variety of foods to appeal to the large amount of people that will be attending some of the types are listed below but are not limited to such:

  • Gluten-Free
  • Grass Fed Hamburgers
  • Barbeque
  • Italian, Mexican, etc.
  • Ice Cream/Shaved Ice
  • Autumn/Halloween Foods
  • Carnival Foods-Candied Apples, Cotton Candy, Elephant Ears, etc.
  • No Vendor has a monopoly on any of the above food types
